I am interested in the creation of images - visually poetic and harmonious objects that radiate beauty.

It motivates me to create works that when contemplating transmit a state of optimism and well-being. Also through internal landscapes that are built thanks to inspiration from themes such as nature and other cultures.

In my works I fuse ornamental patterns, geometric structures and fractals, which are rooted with symbols, organic shapes and colorful floral elements. I make intricate drawings with great detail, which keep a certain order and symmetry.

The central part of my work is drawing and painting, on canvas or paper. I work with different mixed techniques, such as watercolor, ink, acrylic paint, markers and oil. I create handmade dyed papers with gradients, I integrate techniques such as collage, embroidery and origami that I use in some pieces. I use vibrant colors, the line is usually quite marked creating fluid rhythms that outline the forms, achieving a defined finish that gives strength and subtlety to the final piece.

The creative process for me is part of a vital need. The exercise of being able to express myself through shapes and colors gives me the space where I really feel free. I try to develop my own style-language, which continues to evolve over the years.
